After seven months of negotiations, the BC General Employees Union and the province have reached a tentative agreement.
Wage increases of just over 10% spanning a term of three years is one of the main highlights.
Timelines for the ratification votes will be confirmed in the coming days.
The agreement covers 33 thousand members, 14 hundred of which are located in Prince George.
A link to the agreement can be found here.
