Young and old alike competed in the 31st annual Watch lake/Green Lake fishing derby over the weekend. The annual event includes many donated prizes and also a pig roast on Saturday night.
160 adults and 19 children took part over both days. The top prize of $500 dollars went to Stacy Pfannmueller for the largest fish from both lakes at 6 pounds 5 1/4 ounces.
Second place went to Rob Johnson with five pounds eight 1/2 ounces.
The youngest who took to the lakes was 4 year old Scarlette Johnson, while the oldest was 83 year old Patricia Gallagher.
A total of 43 fish were entered for judging from both lakes.
