The 100 Mile Wranglers are ahead 2-0 in their first round playoff series against the Chase Heat.
Game one on Friday in Chase finished up with a score of 5-3. It was a tie game early in the third, but Quin Garrison scored the tiebreaker for the Wranglers and Justin Bond scored the clincher.
Saturdays game also in Chase was tied on the power play by the Wranglers Rob Raju and went into overtime at 3-3, with the winning goal for the Wranglers, also on a power play, scored by Cameron Lockard.
The Wranglers face the Heat on home ice Monday February 26 for game three. Puck drops at 7 PM at the South Cariboo Recreation Center. Game 4 will also be on Wrangler home ice February 27.
