Vehicle Rollover in 100 Mile Sends Two to Hospital

Two people were sent to hospital after their vehicle rolled over in the InterLakes area near 100 Mile House.

RCMP says police and EHS attended the scene on Mahood Lake Rd, near Horse Lake Rd, on Monday, March 10. The vehicle was found on its side.

“ The vehicle had crossed over a bridge and is believed to have lost control before going off-road,” says Sergeant Brian Lamb. “T hat was the night we received  substantial snowfall, with wet snow and then progressing into some freezing temperatures.”

Police believe poor road conditions and poorly conditioned tires to be a factor in the accident.

The vehicle’s occupants were taken to the hospital with undetermined, but non-life-threatening injuries.
