RCMP responded to a single vehicle accident in 100 Mile House on Saturday [November 2].
The vehicle was found on its driver’s side in the westbound ditch on the 5000 block of Horse Lake Rd.
“There was a single occupant, the driver, who was taken to hospital with injuries, they were determined to be non-life threatening.” Sgt. Lamb confirms. “At this time, the actual cause concerning this collision is not known.”
The RCMP’s press release stated that from evidence on the scene, the vehicle appeared to have left the roadway where it struck a raised driveway causing the vehicle to become airborne and flip onto its side into the ditch.
RCMP has said that impairment is not believed to be a factor.
