The 27th annual Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards were handed out over the weekend.
Executive Director Tamara Garreau said this years theme was the Kentucky Derby and with all the fun that was had Saturday evening, everyone went home a winner.
“There was not an empty seat in the house. Everybody put on their big hats and their fasteners for their hair, it was beautiful. And I felt like the energy in the room was upbeat, everybody was really happy and it seemed like everyone had a lot of fun.”
