Tatla Lake Community Hall Project To Receive Some $

The Cariboo Regional District will be helping fund a project planned for the Tatla Lake Community Hall in the Chilcotin.

28-thousand dollars has been committed towards installing solar panels that will lower the carbon footprint of the building and reduce operating costs freeing up funds for other projects at the hall.

This funding comes from a $150,000 allocation of the CRD’s share of Community Works Fund targeted at community hall energy efficiency and water conservation projects.
