Male Arrested Twice In The Same Day By 100 Mile House RCMP

100 Mile House RCMP Staff Sargeant Brian Lamb said on Saturday (October 12) police observed a vehicle near Dogwood Avenue that after queries were conducted was determined to have been stolen from Williams Lake.

Lamb said the vehicle that was observed in a parking lot was stopped and the male was arrested for possession of stolen property and subsequently released to attend court at a later date.

Shortly after the release,” Lamb said, “Police were called to a report of a break and enter in progress to a business location located on Moore Avenue. Police attended and located the same male as previous inside a locked compound.”

Lamb said the male was arrested for break and enter and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
