District of 100 Mile House crews are working on fixing a watermain that had broken earlier this morning.
The District said 22 residential homes and one business are affected by the break between Burghley Place and Burghley Crescent.
They added that the PVC supply line was found broken, and is needing to be replaced.
There is no timeline as to when the repair will be made, but District crews and contractors are working to get it done as quickly as possible.
For the time being, the water has been shut off, and any remaining water in the area has been remediated to prevent pooling and flooding.
