The Cariboo Regional District has issued an evacuation order for Trumpeter Mountain, west of Anahim Lake.
The order affects 4,329 hectares and two parcels, with members of the RCMP or other groups facilitating the evacuation.
The CRD provided an evacuation route, saying to evacuate to highway 20.
Evacuees are able to access Emergency Support Services by self-registering using the Evacuee Registration & Assistance (ERA) tool, which can be found here, or can call 250-267-4861.

The Cariboo Regional District has also issued an evacuation alert for another portion of Trumpeter Mountain, north east of the original order.
The alert comes into affect for 243 parcels, covering 14,800 hectares, including the community of Anahim Lake.
An evacuation alert is to prepare those to evacuate their premises or property if it’s required.
