Environment Canada is forecasting a frontal system moving across the BC Interior which could bring snow to some southern highways.
A special weather statement has been issued for much of the BC Interior because of potential snowfall.
According to Environment Canada, precipitation is expected to begin this afternoon (Saturday, and change to snow either Saturday night or Sunday morning, which is expected to continue into Sunday evening.
Environment Canada says 10-15 centimetres of snow can be expected with the highest amounts in areas with higher elevations.
