Alexis Creek RCMP Seek Public’s Help in Locating Man Who Fails to Return to Halfway House

RCMP in Alexis Creek are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 46 year old Stanley Stump Jr who failed to return to his halfway house located in Vancouver.

“A Canada wide Warrant has been issued for Stump who is unlawfully at large,” said RCMP Cst. Ryan Fillmore.

RCMP believe that Stump could be in the Alexis Creek or Williams Lake areas.

Police say he should be considered dangerous as he was incarcerated for crimes such as Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Assaulting a Peace Officer and other firearms offences.

Stump is described as:

  • First Nations male
  • 173 cm (5’8”)
  • 105 kg (232lbs)
  • Brown eyes
  • long Black/Grey hair
