Its not spring until the 108 Mile Lions Club annual Ice out contest has a winner.
Lions member Denny Fahrenholtz says the contest raised over 400 dollars this year.
The ice came off the lake at 10:01 PM on April the 16, and Kit Senger was the winner of the 200 Dollar Prize with a time of 9:05.
Several other prizes were won and the winners will be notified.
