The puck droped at eleven on the Williams Lake Timberwolves medal round match up against the Richmond Ravens.
Despite strong goaltending from Tamara William, the Ravens emerged with a hard-fought 1-0 victory.
With the win, Richmond heads to the Provincial finals for the seventh straight season.
Their opponent will be last year’s champion North Island.
The T-Wolves still have a chance at a medal with a 5:30pm match up against Terrace with the winner taking bronze.
The Lake City squad had their own awards banquet last night with Eli Davis winning the Sportsmanship, Katie Toews taking the Most Improved, and Alexis Hemond receiving the Most Dedicated.
Captain Ruthie Jackson was named the team’s M-V-P.
