The CRD will be debuting a couple new libraries before the new year in the Cariboo.
The new library in McLeese Lake is officially open to the public, which is located right behind the old one along highway 97.
The Interlakes will also be receiving a new library, which will take over for the old one located in the Bridge Lake elementary school.
Both libraries will be equipped with computer stations as well as some areas for studying and reading.
Steve Forseth, the Electoral Director for Area D says the CRD is planning a grand opening for the McLeese Lake library in the coming weeks.
