Bikers from across the Cariboo united in a child abuse awareness ride on Saturday.
“It’s all about spreading the awareness of the epidemic of child abuse and to try to get people involved, and get people off the fence about trying to get something done about it…so children don’t have to live in fear,” says Hooligan, President of the local B.A.C.A chapter.
Approximately 18 riders had departed from the A&W parking lot in Williams Lake at noon with riders
from the north who departed Quesnel earlier having joined.
The riders had also stopped in 100 Mile House before arriving in Clinton at Old School’s Bar and Grill.
