A female was unexpectedly robbed at knife point earlier this week in Cache Creek.
According to RCMP a lone male entered a laundromat in Cache Creek around 11 AM on Monday morning and robbed a female, who was unknown to him, of her car keys and cell phone.
The male then reportedly took the woman’s vehicle and drove towards Cache Creek before crashing the stolen vehicle and fleeing on foot.
The suspect was pursued and arrested a short distance away from the vehicle collision and is now facing a number of charges including robbery and theft of a motor vehicle.
