A Williams Lake dentist will be honored next month by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr Rudy Wassenaar will be joining a small group of Canadian dentist to ever be given this recognition and he explains how that came about.
‘I’m a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and they have a program that I was able to challenge some of the things they require and did only part of the exam. And now they’re going to induct me as a Fellow into their Academy”.
Wassenaar says he’s been doing Implant Dentistry for a long time and it’s nice to be recognized for it.
The formal presentation and introduction as a fellow to the other members of the Academy will be held October 26th in New Orleans where they hold their annual meeting
