Interior Health is advising 100 Mile House and area residents of temporary changes to Emergency Department hours at the 100 Mile District General Hospital.
Emergency Department services are unavailable today, Monday March 3, from 7 am to 8 pm.
Interior Health said patients can access care at Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake.
People in the community who need life-threatening emergency care (chest pains, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding) should always call 911 for transport to the nearest available and appropriate facility.
The 100 Mile District General Hospital Emergency Department was also unavailable this past Saturday (March 1) from 11 am to 7 pm.
