100 Mile RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance.
Sargeant Brian Lamb said on Monday (February 3) police received a report of a shot heard at approximately 9 that morning near the rest stop across from the 108 Heritage Site.
“Police attended and were directed to where a bullet was located into the outside wall of the washroom building. A bullet was also located”.
Lamb said there was a white car that had left the location around the time the shot was heard but it is not known if it is related.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the 100 Mile House RCMP.
